Free Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders to the United States and Canada — no minimum required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before processing begins. Email us at contact@thesnugmutt.com to request a cancellation.
